Connected for Kids (C4K) is a comprehensive youth and family engagement initiative designed to reduce social isolation, improve mental health, strengthen family-school-community connections, and increase access to supportive services for children and adolescents. Through a coordinated model of school-based supports, family engagement, digital inclusion, and community partnerships, C4K ensures that children--particularly those from underserved and high-risk communities--are connected to caring adults, critical resources, and positive opportunities.
